Business Development Executive

About the Role

The Business Development Executive will support the WeSolveCX Senior Management team, working with partners and potential clients with a specific focus on new business and bringing in new customers on behalf of WeSolveCX. The Business Development Executive will conduct analysis to ensure lead capture processes are working and give suggestions to improve performance and achieve results.

Expected Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience, including a proven track record performing in a business development or sales role
  • A solid foundation of Microsoft Business Suite applications, with the ability to quickly read and understand financials
  • History of successfully managing projects and coordinating with different teams
  • Ability to manage in a demanding environment with a sales and service focus
  • Technological experience in Salesforce highly preferred
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English language is a plus
  • Flexibility to travel to clients when needed

Major Duties

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop customized proposals and solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate and contribute to a positive work environment through knowledge sharing, team building, and rallying behind new initiatives and efforts across the organization.
  • Complete any other duties as assigned.
