Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in C-level interactions in a business context
• Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL would be an asset
• Strong management level oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Suite, and Software skills
• Strong analytical skills

Major Duties

• Manages a team of Business Analysts to deliver on overall analytics and reporting goals
• Develops the reporting plan, including types of reports, their purpose, distribution audience, and frequency
• Leads and guides the team in the preparation of ad hoc reports
• Manages a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality, high integrity data is mined
• Ensures Business Analysts develop useful models, perform deep analyses, distribute predictive analytics, and provide insightful recommendations to aid in the Company’s business strategy
• Provides recommendations to the Executive team to inform strategic data-backed decisions
• Acts as the Company’s interface with the IT Shared Services team on all telephony and IVR requirements, reports, and changes
• Manages priorities for the team and works with other internal departments to accomplish objectives
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by your supervising officer
