Expected Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Graphic and Web Design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects), Corel Draw, Canva, Figma etc.
• Adobe Certified Associate or any other related professional graphic design certification
• Strong ability to conceptualise and execute across multiple channels, including print, digital, POS, packaging and video. Presentation design in interactive PDF, PowerPoint and Keynote formats.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and creative storytelling with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Familiar CSS, html, and other web technologies.
• Marketing experience is a plus.

Major Duties

• Design and produce innovative and visually appealing designs and artwork that align with project requirements, clients’ objectives and brand guidelines.
• Consult with clients to understand their project requirements, objectives and target audience and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Research, brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas, considering the target audience, message and purpose.
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards and emerging technologies, provide best practice design advice to stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Support all internal/external stakeholders on design projects from conception to delivery across all mediums (print and digital).
• Designing engaging infographics for external reports and typesetting a range of publications for both printed and electronic media.
• Create and maintain brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, channels and platforms.
• Perform a thorough review of the final output to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project specifications/requirements.
• Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
