Campaign Specialist

We are looking for

  • Experience working in Agile, eliciting, and documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and user workflows

  • Understand and establish connections between Interactive Studio, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud

  • Use of standard G-Suite programs (Analytics, Ad words, Mail, Calendar, Meet)

  • Use of standard Microsoft 365 suite of programs

  • Ability to see big-picture and vision, and then identify the steps to execute Attention to detail

  • Exceptional Organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different business units.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, with experience in cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across functions and levels to achieve business objectives and drive strategic change.

About the Role

As a Campaign Specialist within the We Solve Marketing Operations, you will work closely with other ATNI Operating Companies, Internal Teams, and other External Vendors contracted to provide value to the Marketing Cloud Platform and the We Solve Marketing Relationship. You will work closely with the Director, Senior Manager, Project Manager, Quality Lead, Reporting Lead, and other personnel as required across the enterprise to identify tasks required to manage and automate the marketing strategies for the various Operating Companies using SFMC.

Expected Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or Engineering preferred – or a combination of work experience.
  • Five or more years’ experience in managing small to medium sized implementations
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Corporate Communications
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred Smartsheet Workflow/Automation (Smartsheet Certification preferred) PPM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.)

Major Duties

  • Assist in the development and execution of end-to-end campaigns, aligned with sales, loyalty and marketing to support customer-centric programs.
  • Coordinate and support campaign implementation, including emails, landing pages, blogs, marketing content, meetings, and events.
  • Analyze the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for optimization.
  • Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimize performance and update key stakeholders
  • Engage hands-on with SFMC and/or Datorama to assist with campaign management and analyze activities.
  • Provide campaign content writing guidance or review to incorporate best practices as necessary.
  • Responsible for testing campaigns for proper content, function, and rendering using Litmus and checklists.
  • Notifies stakeholders when campaigns are postponed, cancelled, and deployed.
