Expected Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Project Management best practices including waterfall and Agile.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in a project management role.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse team consisting of executives, project stakeholders and project team members.
• Strong People Management and development skills
• Experience customer-focused and employee-focused designs
• Experience with using LucidCharts, Visio and other mapping tools.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Project Management and Analytics software

Major Duties

• Manage small to medium projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as Business Analyst soliciting and documenting business requirements, use cases and identifying and documenting business processes.
• Create and maintain project schedule, risk, action items and status reporting.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting project financials (budgeted vs actuals)
• Define and manage project scope, minimizing scope creep and change controls.
• Anticipate problems, define impact and offer solutions keeping projects on budget and on schedule.
• Monitor deliverables/milestones and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with agreed project management standards and that all project documentation is controlled and managed effectively at all times.
• Provide executive project status summary to senior management through the relevant steering committees
