About the Role
The Process Improvement Specialist supporst the execution of process improvement initiatives across all subsidiaries of ATNI and external clients. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and assist in the implementation of process improvements using standard industry best practices in process re-engineering and in accordance with WeSolveCX policies and procedures.
